Functional membrane study for product recovery, water, and wastewater treatment application

Extensive research work on specific functionalization of a membrane through membrane synthesis and surface modification. Adsorptive membrane, antifouling membrane, and selective composite membrane are among the focus study.

Besides, hybrid membrane technology is also given a special attention especially to be introduced in specific applications e.g. zero waste palm oil mill effluent treatment, remote rural areas, fish farms, industrial effluents, purification, and product recovery.
